Day 8
Prayer for a Bold Heart
2 Corinthians 5:16-21
So from now on we regard no one from a worldly point of view. Though we once regarded Christ in this way, we do so no longer. Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, the new creation has come: The old has gone, the new is here! All this is from God, who reconciled us to himself through Christ and gave us the ministry of reconciliation: that God was reconciling the world to himself in Christ, not counting people’s sins against them. And he has committed to us the message of reconciliation. We are therefore Christ’s ambassadors, as though God were making his appeal through us. We implore you on Christ’s behalf: Be reconciled to God. God made him who had no sin to be sin for us, so that in him we might become the righteousness of God.

2 Corinthians 5:16-21

Have you ever considered the fact that you are an ambassador of God's reconciliation here on Earth, that the plan for the message of God's desire to be in a relationship with His children is you? We are a generation of Jesus-followers, sons, and daughters who have been purchased by Jesus' death and resurrection and now we are being called to share that good news with our friends and family. Reflect on that calling today, who in your world needs to hear about Jesus, who has He put you in a relationship with so that you can serve as His ambassador?

Today we are praying for our family and friends who hear about Jesus. God, we ask that You would bring them to mind, and help us to be bold in inviting them to join us at Passion 2022 where they could have an eternity-changing encounter with you. We pray for the opportunity to share your good news with them, and the obedience to take that step when the time comes.

Text this prayer to a friend and encourage them to join in with us on our journey to passion 2022!
